ROMA SCUDETTO CELEBRATION 4 PACK

Corinthian experienced great success with the 2000/01 range of 4 packs, so to commemorate Roma winning the 2000/01 Serie A Scudetto title, they released the Roma Scudetto Celebration 4 pack.

 

 

Included in this special pack is the first ProStars release of left back Vincent Candela, a very fine sculpt, his only other release in the ProStar range would be in France home kit as part of the Club Gold 2001 range.

Gabriel Batistuta appears in the 2000/01 home kit, joined by club legend Cafu who wears the away kit for that season. The pack is completed by goal keeper Francesco Antonioli, which was the very first release of the keeper, his only other appearance would be in ProStars Series 14.

Corinthian also produced Platinum Packs for this release, with only 50 of each being made, as only 50 of each were made they are highly sought after amongst dedicated Platinum Pack collectors, and seldom appear for sale.

The 4 pack came with 4 figures, 4 collector cards and a Stadio Olimpico display stand, with the pack being priced at £10.

Corinthian did not disclose exactly how many packs they released, but given the fact the England Then And Now pack was released around the same time and had 5,000 packs made, i have always felt this Roma pack was around the same production volume.
